Only two days away from opening day and I am so very excited! Saturday will be the very first time ever that my wife (Andrea) will be in the treestand with me. I am nervous and excited at the idea of her being there with me! She is shooting great and I have tons of confidence that she will make the shot when it counts! She has never been in a treestand before and that makes her a little bit nervous! I will harness her in and she will be fine. I am just praying that a couple of deer show up for us then! She is a very good shot all the way out to 30 yards! She is very comfortable at 20! So I would say that a big doe or a shooter buck will be in trouble if they are within 30 yards of us! I am so excited, and I cannot wait to see what is going to happen! My next update will likely be from 25 feet up, so let all of your friends know that I will be writing again soon!
Remember that God is in control, He sees us and loves us so very much and He is delighted in our coming and going! Get out there for Him!!
